  • 📈 Develop and execute commercial strategies focused on revenue growth and market penetration.

  • 🔎 Conduct in-depth market and customer research to detect opportunities, trends, and decision-makers.

  • 💥 Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

  • 📊 Analyze pipeline performance and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • 🔁 Maintain persistent and disciplined follow-up to convert opportunities into closed deals.

  • 🧠 Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, client needs, and business scenarios.

  • 🗣️ Influence and persuade stakeholders using strong, data-driven, and value-based arguments.

  • 🗂️ Plan, organize, and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and results.

  • 📝 Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, SOPs, and commercial documentation on time.

  • 🧾 Ensure all opportunities and activities are properly registered and updated in the CRM.

Profile Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Relations, International Trade, or a related field.

  • 🛫 Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.

  • 📈 Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

  • 💬 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • 🌐 Advanced level of English.

  • 💡 Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
